Welcome my friends this is bread machine baking! While you may be using a other method than your mother did, you’re still doing the same as old years: combining flour, water & yeast to make bread.
Your bread machine can be your best friend in the kitchem first thing you need to know: Your machine is a computer robot, the programmable machine do what it’s programmed to do. You have to do the thinking for it.
How do bread machines work?
They’re not complicated. Once you have put ingredients into the machine’s pan and pressed start, the machine mixes the ingredients (per-knead); kneads the dough (first knead); gives it a short rest; kneads it again (second knead); let it rise (first rise); knocks it down; let it rise again (second rise); then bake it (bake). Your machine has a motor that turns a paddle to knead the dough and a heating element to provide the warmth for rising and baking.
Each machine is programmed a little bit differently. Some knead the dough longer; some let it rise at a higher temperature, or for a longer period of time; some bake for a longer time at a lower temperature.
Remember to follow a recipe that is sized for your machine: either 1-pound, which the recipe may also call “small”, or 1/2-1b. or larger, which may be called “large”. Many people have asked for help in modifying 1/12-1b. bread machine recipes to fit their 1-pound bread machines. Simply cut all of the ingredients in a 1/2-1b. recipe by one-third (i.e., 3 cups of flour becomes 2 cups of flour). Yeast is an exception to this rule; use 1 teaspoon of yeast in a 1-pound bread machine recipe. Eggs are also an exception; instead, substitute a small egg for each large egg called for in the 1/2-1b. recipe (you should always use large eggs in your recipes, unless otherwise indicated).
For instance, one of the manuals we’ve read says that poorly risen bread may be caused by too little sugar in the recipe, when just the opposite is true. Too much sugar can cause a small, dense loaf. In addition, the recipe books that come with the machines are not foolproof; sometimes the recipes work, sometimes they don’t. The best independent bread machine book we’ve found is “Bread Machine Baking Perfect Every Time”, by Lora Brody, published by William Morrow. Each recipe includes slightly different versions for each of the major machines, including DAK, Welbilt, Maxim, Sanyo, Regal, Hitachi, Zojirushi and Panasonic/National.

The next step is to list both the pros and cons of the product. You can form this as a bulleted list for ease of reading. You should make sure to thoroughly think about all the good and bad qualities of the product. There are only a couple more steps to successfully reviewing a product.
The next step is to explain who may find this product useful. Are there certain professions that use this product? Does the product apply to a certain set of interests? You want to make sure you identify the main demographics that the product is aimed toward. There is only one step left to successfully review a product.
The final step is to provide an overall verdict or conclusion. It is at this time that you can reemphasize some of the factors that you mentioned earlier in your review. You can use previously discussed points to help support your overall decision.
It is also important to include some sort of rating in this portion of the review such as a rating of 1-10. A rating is not necessary for sites like Amazon with a star rating system, but it would not hurt to include your own rating system. The verdict at the end of the review also allows potential customers to quickly scan the review and then they can go back and read the details if interested.
Well, there you have it, those are the steps to successfully review a product. These steps will assure that your review is not only useful but also very, thorough. Customers will gain a lot of insight from a review written in this format. Some other points of advice are to try and be as unbiased as possible until the very end. There may be something about the product that you like or dislike, but it may simply be a personal preference. If this is the case then you should either not mention it at all or mention that it is a personal preference. Another pointer is to avoid using all caps or other grammatical errors even if you are frustrated with the product. Reviews that end up becoming rants are not very helpful and should be avoided.
Overall, just keep a friendly tone and make sure to focus on the facts. What is it? What does it do? What do you like about it? What are the pros? What are the cons? Who is it for? What is your overall opinion of the product. These general questions will guarantee you write a great review.
